Machining Capabilities

CNC Milling and Turning

  • 2017 Mazak HCN 5000 (Horizontal): Dual Pallet system, approximately 30″ x 30″ x 30″ in XYZ, with a 12000 RPM spindle.
  • 2011 Mazak VTC-200C (Vertical Mill): Roughly 21″ in Y and Z, and 65″ in X.
  • 1990 Mazak V-550 (Vertical Mill): 40″ X and 20″ Y. This vertical mill is for more loose tolerance parts.
  • 2022 Mazak QT-EZ 10MSY Dual Spindle (Lathe): 21″ max machining length, max diameter of 13.6″. 10″ main chuck and 6″ smaller chuck. X- 8.6″, Y- 4″, Z – 23.75″, and W – 23″.
  • 2013 Mazak 350 (Lathe): 17″ diameter, Z – 63″, X – 11″, max turning length is 16″, 4″ through hole for bar capacity.
  • 2007 Mazak 250 (Lathe): 10″ diameter, 22″ center distance, 3″ bar capacity, 9″ – X, and 22.75″ Z.
