Capabilities

Waterjet

The Omax Maxiem 1530 waterjet uses high-pressure water mixed with an abrasive substance to cut through a wide range of metals, and more. Its cold-cutting process ensures no heat-affected zones, preserving the integrity of the material. Plus, it provides clean, accurate cuts without the need for secondary finishing. It has a 5 axis head option so we are able to chamfer in the same operation as waterjetting.

4-Axis Milling

Elevate your manufacturing capabilities with 4-axis milling. These advanced machining techniques enable you to achieve unparalleled geometric complexity. Whether you need intricate contours, undercuts, or highly contoured surfaces, 4-axis milling provide the flexibility and precision to bring your designs to life.

Turning

Explore the world of turning, a fundamental machining method for creating cylindrical parts. With turning, you can produce a wide variety of components with tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes. From simple shafts to intricate threaded parts, turning is a versatile solution for your manufacturing needs.
